VA Tech Shooter Cover-Up?
Tuesday, January 08, 2008

Posted by The Dean of Cincinnati

Today, I received an email from someone with a photo.  The sender requested that I report on what he suggested is a cover-up of sorts regarding the VA Tech shooter who went on a rampage a few months ago.  I figured I would just post the email, without the sender’s name, and a copy of the image.  Is there a story here?

This is the email message:

Please examine the attached photos if they do not appear in the body of this email. I swear they are safe. You probably remember the faces from the media coverage. The photo on the left is from the student ID of Cho, the man named as the shooter at Va. Tech. The photo on the right is a still taken from the video that was sent in to the media claiming responsibility for the shooting. The straight lines measure facial features and help demonstrate what anyone can easily see, that these are two different faces, two different men. Please report on this. Thank you.
