The sad truth is that the cost would not be so prohibitive that 3CDC could not afford to make the garage handicapped accessible. I mean, with the sweetheart deal they got on the Via Vite restaurant—leasing the property from the City for $100 monthly while getting over $5,000 monthly—well, that alone should be able to make some wheelchair accessible curbs.
