Fascist War Criminal Gets Heckled On Independence Day!

Posted by Justin Jeffre

According to the BBC, President Bush was interrupted yesterday by protesters several times while he spoke at the home of former president Thomas Jefferson. During a ceremony where people from 30 countries lined up to be sworn in as US citizens, several protesters called Bush a “fascist” and a “war criminal”. You can see the video from the BBC here.

  1. says:

It’s about time that Americans speak up against that tyrant.

  2. says:

"President Bush was interrupted yesterday by protesters...” . The writer is to kind in describing the hate mongers as “protesters”. On a day which will be remembered by all the new citizens and their families, the “protesters” selfishly interrupted the ceromony to act like spoiled children. The “protesters” could have peacably assembled with signs outside, but being narcisstic children misbehaving they choose to make the glorious day for our new citizens and families another example of the grace of the President and the silliness of the “Left” .

This is similiar to the Crazy Minister and his church showing up at soldiers funerals blaming gays for the War.

The anti War lefties are wrong on the war and hid their imhumanity under Orwellian Speak of “Peace”. Anyone remember what happened when the US pulled out of Camboida and Viet Nam. ( Hint the Anti War protesters went to Disco and Cocaine while 2 - 3 million people were murdered. It’s Ok though because they were not white, or US college students, and espeically not registered Democrats).

  3. says:

    What?

Would the protesters have received the same coverage had they peaceably assembled as Tillar suggests?

How is this similar to the “Crazy Minister”?

How were the anti-war people responsible to 2 - 3 million deaths? How many deaths might have been avoided if the US would have stayed out of Viet Nam?

Is it that Tillar hasn’t sobered up yet from Saturday night?

  4. says:

The writer was too kind in describing the election stealing war criminal as “President”. It is the fortunate son that was given special treatment in order to avoid service in Vietnam and then he went AWOL and unpunished. He is a spoiled messianic militarist that has devastated our country and the world.

I have no idea what “another example of the grace of the President and the silliness of the “Left"." Please provide some examples of his “grace” and the “Lefts” silliness because I think you must be delusional.

The protestors aren’t “hate mongers”, they are patriotic Americans exercising their right to free speech. Those new citizens should be proud that they are now citizens of a country where people can say that the emperor wears no clothes or he’s a fascist war monger.

“A true patriot is a lover of his country who rebukes and does not excuse its sins.” - Frederick Douglass

Dissent is the mother of ascent and protesting the crimes or criminals of your government is patriotic. Our radical founding fathers would be proud.

This is similiar to the Crazy Minister and his church showing up at soldiers funerals blaming gays for the War.

I see no similarities to that at all. It is Bush that panders to the right wing Christian lunacy, not the left. McCain sought Rev. Hagee’s endorsement.

The anti War lefties are wrong on the war and hid their imhumanity under Orwellian Speak of “Peace”.

Those of us opposed to the war were right about it. We know that it was a bipartisan lie. There were no WMD’s, no mushroom clouds and no uranium yellow cake. In fact there was no threat from Iraq at all. The illegal U.S. occupation has killed over a million civilians and you want to speak of inhumanity and the peace movement? You support a perpetual war for “peace” and say we are “Orwellian”?

Anyone remember what happened when the US pulled out of Camboida and Viet Nam. ( Hint the Anti War protesters went to Disco and Cocaine while 2 - 3 million people were murdered. It’s Ok though because they were not white, or US college students, and espeically not registered Democrats).

Anyone remember what Nixon’s secret peace plan was that won him the election? (Hint: Carpet bombing Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.)

The U.S. dropped more bombs on Vietnam (a small defenseless country) then all the bombs dropped in WWII.  That bipartisan war was based on a lie too. The U.S. killed 2-4 million people in that war and the Agent Orange we dropped still causes birth defects and high cancer rates.

Those that are foolish enough to think we were justified in that war and the current war have to blame those that opposed the crimes against humanity that they are cheer leaders for.

  5. says:

The best thing Bush said was that in this country we value “free speech.”

So what happened to those free speakers who got escorted out, anyway?

  6. JE says:

Why didnt we see cincysuz on this video? I heard she was there!

  7. position82 says:

I see no similarities to that at all.

Lets see on one side you have a group of protesters that show up to ruin sacred events (funerals) and on the other side you have a group of protesters that showed up to ruin sacred events (oath of citizenships).

Now do you see the similarities?

  8. Anon says:

    Position92,

Which is more sacred, an oath or a life?

Mr. Bush has taken both. Millions of innocent people have been murdered under his direction because he has perjured his sacred oath to uphold and defend our constitution. What part do you not understand?

  9. says:

position82, the protestors protesting the funeral are blaming gays for the war which is completely irrational and they are doing it at a funeral where nobody in attendance is responsible for launching the war. The war mongers don’t go to funerals, they just cause them.

The protestors protesting the war criminal and thief were protesting the man that is most responsible for the war. Now do you see there’s a clear difference? They got international attention and had they waited silently outside it would’ve have gone unnoticed by all, especially the man that should be shamed in public every day until his is sent to his trial and punished for his crimes against humanity and nature.

  10. cincysuz says:

JE - Couldn’t make it but owe big respect and eternal gratitude to those that did.
Position 82 - No. You have a group that advocates killing people (the Phelps) and you have a group that advocates not killing people (the anti-war protesters). Opposites. What part do you not understand?

  11. anonanon says:

position82 has it just right. “millions of innocent people murdered”? I understand your intent, but question your accuracy. Try looking up ‘hyperbole’ followed closely by ‘pejorative’. Oaths and lives are both sacred, and not mutually exclusive.

  12. cincysuz says:

How can you say oaths are sacred?

Definition: A solemn, formal declaration or promise to fulfill a pledge, often calling on God, a god, or a sacred object as witness.

What’s so sacred about that? Which oaths are sacred? Any and all? Ludicrous.

  13. Anon says:

Under Article II Section 1 of the Constitution:

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Sacred enough for the founders, just not for bullshit democrats

  14. fire53 says:

the protestors protesting the funeral are blaming gays for the war which is completely irrational

It is also very irrational to think that protesting the president like the idiots did will have any effect on policy. So if rationality is the test you want to use both sides fail.

  15. cincysuz says:

Anon - I rest my case. The Oath of Affirmation wasn’t sacred to Bush. He spit on the constitution from the day he got in office. I hope he gets hasseled at every public appearance until his sorry butt leaves office and hopefully gets called up on war crimes.
