NEW HAMPSHIRE CHAIN OF CUSTODY BREAKDOWN
The “seals” are not seals. The “chain of custody” is not a chain of custody. Ballots being transported by the “state police” are actually transported by Butch and Hoppy, who are not employed by the state police. Butch and Hoppy’s real names are not really Butch and Hoppy.
IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, IT’S ALL IN PLAIN SIGHT.
The chain of custody in the New Hampshire recount is using a false seal, and on at least one night, officials chose to leave the ballots out of the ballot vault.
We tailed ballot transport guys “Butch” and “Hoppy”, captured ballot footage in the vault, and grilled public officials to get the real answers, which were sometimes lies and often evasive. More to come, new clips will be posted on the main page at http://www.blackboxvoting.org

1. Write letters to editor: Demand removal of Scanlan from his job.
2. Demand refund of candidate recount fees due to failure to secure the ballots
3. Get written answer from Bedford Town Clerk and ask why ballots were sent improperly sealed in a medical supplies box (or were they?)
4. Get written reply from Nashua to whether Ward #9 was submitted to pickup crew in a partially opened box & Ward 5 torn open.
Dave Scanlan is the operations guy for this recount. Ballot questions and chain of custody questions always are referred back to him. Scanlan should be the first official to be dismissed. Also, if you live in Bedford NH, ask your town clerk about the rumpled disrupted seal on the ballot box marked “medical supplies.” Is this what the Bedford clerk sent out?
