Michael D. Altman v. Steve Fritsch

Posted by The Dean of Cincinnati

An item from today’s Whistleblower about what happens when the blogosphere erupts!  Ladies and gentlemen, it’s Michael D. Altman v. Steve Fritsch—in the courts!

From The Whistleblower Newswire:

When Liberal Lawyers Attack

Readers of the Whistleblower’s online archives at BlueChipReview.com have noticed a recent change in format.  It seems as though BCR skirt-chasing publisher Steve Fritsch, who provided an internet outlet for such conservative pundits as “Tax killer Tom” Brinkman, James “The Rock” Bogen, and the illegal-immigrant-chasing Michael A. Fox, is running out of steam trying to keep the site going.

What seems to be the problem? Liberals, of course! For almost two years, Steve says he’s been sued by his old web site partner (a wannabe DemocRAT Party hack) over a “breech of settlement agreement” lawsuit, even though the web site never made any money. To make matters worse, Steve says his former web partner happens to be represented by his father, D. David Altman, an environmental attorney and DemocRAT ward chairman, who’s been called a “raving lunatic” by Nate “Rhymes with Hate” Livingston and Altman was sanctioned by the court in this case for engaging in “abusive, disruptive, and otherwise unprofessional” conduct. One judge said he had never seen such unprofessional conduct in more than 30 years, and another judge said Altman’s behavior was so bad, the judge was afraid if he didn’t get off the case, he was likely to give Altman the penalty he reserves for murderers and stalkers of the elderly. Altman says his son’s case has done wonders for his law practice. For more details and fun reading, check out case No. A-0405947 on Me, Greg Hartmann’s web site. You lawyers will love it!

Thanks to the expenses of the lawsuit, Steve tells the Blower he may not be able to keep his site going too much longer. “It’s been two years’ of attorney’s fees, on top of student loans and still being in school,” Steve explains. “I don’t know why they keep picking on me. It will be a long time before I have anything they can take from me.”

So much for DemocRATS’ being the “champion of the little guy.”

Sounds like Democrat Union Thugs picking on those who disagree with them!

  2. says:

Sounds like Tom Brinkman’s mouthpiece wasting bandwidth again!

  3. says:

I just read some from the most recently filed document in the case history.  This could be the worst waste of the courts I have ever heard!

  4. anonymous says:

Good riddance to the right wing shill. Stevie has seemed disillusioned with the repugnates lately anyway.

I hear that Blow Job Brinkman had the hots for Stevie. Maybe that has something to do with it.

  5. says:

I understand that you just reprinted the Whistleblower article, but Dean, you might have picked up the phone and called Altman or fritsch and got their real opinions on this “imortant” news event.

Once again - slowest new day ever!!

  6. says:

There is no end to the depths a liberal will plunge in order to silence a conservative!

  7. anonymous says:

Hey Blew Gill, have you ever cruised for teenage boys with Tom Brinkman? It’s one of Brinkman’s (secret) favorite pastimes!

  8. says:

Hey Dean, I can’t speak for Mr Brinkman, but this ANON person is out of control. I realize this is a blog and everything is fair, however you’ll have little intellectual discussion if fools like ANON keep making accusations at private citizens that are unfounded. He apparently is homophobic and perhaps a pedaphile as well as being a fool.

  9. says:

    Yossarian,

What makes you think I don’t know where each of them stands on this article?

  10. gerard says:

    It’s nice when daddy’s a lawyer.

  11. says:

    Dean,
I’m sure that YOU know where each of them stand (heck you are the Dean after all). But it would have been nice to let the rest of the world in all the viewpoints. Or are you the local Judith Miller, only putting out one side of the story?

Also just because someone writes something, doesn’t mean you need to print it without any fact checking. If I wrote a piece for you claiming that I was Andrew Warners father, would you run it? Or if I wrote an article with the reasons I think ghiz is an idiot - would you run it (hopefully you would not run out of bandwidth)? I not asking you to censor anyone, but enough of these ridiculous posts.

  12. says:

I don’t understand.  I have known about this case since it started happening.  The documents are all linked.

Altman won’t comment; says the fact it’s in the Whistleblower says enough.  But of course it’s in the Whistleblower:  Fritsch hosts their online archive, and it has a huge distribution list.

It should be pretty reasonble to conclude that Fritsch approves of what The Whistleblower distributed.

What do you need to know?

  13. f says:

read a coiuple of the filings

sounds like frisch is an idiot and altman is a pussy.

way to waste the courts time.
