So is that picture of him & Tarbell meant to suggest that Tarbell endorses JJ?

Remember when I brought up that whole advocacy vs. media question with some of Patton’s postings?
Looks like someone else is bringing up similar issues in regards to JJ.

Again, I have nothing against Patton or JJ. JJ might make my list of candidates once I have a chance to compare him with all the others. I just wanted to make sure you had your ducks in a row before these questions started coming up.

Brian Griffin, the eunuch, has no point in that post, and he knows it. I can write about whatever I want. I have written about Joan Kaup’s web page, John Eby’s web page, and Greg Harris’ web page. Were those posts “campaign contributions”? Of course not.
I’m sure Brian has written about political web sites. Were those “campaign contributions”? Of course not.
And I can accept monetary gifts via PayPal from whomever I want. Anyone who has ever received money for a birthday gift without incorporation knows this is true.

Well, except for the jail, I have no argument with Jeffre and agree with every position. Curiously he’s addressed everything I’ve hit upon, so hard, these last weeks or more. I’ve said time and again, he must believe in something so what is it? Just being a Green isn’t enough. It has seemed that he has no platform and that he should get votes simply because he’s not a Democrat. That’s been his message. He could probably actually establish a base if he hammered on his core beliefs, which are now clear. I personally would like to hear a little more about about his intentions to protect the immigrant community. With this latest bust, fully half of those arrested have been released because they had legal papers. Probably more will also be. Many more, like Europeans, Asians, Middle Easterners come into the country legally, on visas, and just don’t leave. But Latinos, exclusively, are profiled and targeted by law enforcement for harassment and discrimination is encouraged. It’s a hard life here for Latinos. The CincyLatino endorsement was good to see. This is a tie-breaker for me and many people that I know from a moral standpoint but also out of concern for the Latino branch of my family, and our friends, all legal immigrants, many American born for several generations, who are feeling the heat locally. I’m very interested in hearing more of Jeffre’s positions. And I’ll back off if he talks about what he stands for not who he hates.

cincysue,
It is a balancing act for us. If Justin just used The Beacon to do nothing but explain his policy points, we would be accused of nefarious doings. Just check the Cincinnati Blog item funnelcake linked above. I made this strand because you had questions about Justin’s positions. I figured you might not be alone, so directed people to the site. Now, Brian the eunuch is trying to pretend that this post needs to show up as an in-kind contribution on his campaign documentation. WTF?
I don’t think it needs to be a secret that I’m doing the web-mastering for the campaign web page. We had to push to get it together as quickly as we did. It has been a busy month.
Justin was at the press conference about the immigrant bust. He was struck by how much media showed up. He said he’s never seen that much media at a local press conference before.
I agree that it would be good to get more position statements from him online. Now that we’ve got the campaign off to a good start, with signs and shirts and flyers on the way, we just need to get finishing touches on getting the campaign team together, and then we can beef up the online statements. This past week has been a big week with the various questionnaires from various groups.

why so much interest in the sexual organs of brian griffin for you?

Now maybe this will prod Michael Earl Patton to reveal what’s behind Political Curtain #1. A Libertarian? A Progessive? A Republican? At some point he’s going to have to come clean too.

Jeffre has about as much chance of winning a seat as Chris Smitherman, and Smitherman isn’t even running.
He has as much chance as Brian Garry, and Garry has as much chance of winning as Sen Larry Craig has of being Romney’s running mate.
What do you think this is blogging where any bum can get one?
If Jeffre wins I’ll meet him at Fountain Square at high noon, shine his shoes, sang Mammy! and kiss his bare ass until he tells me he tells me to stop.
Seriously.

Seriously? Seriously, watch for Ricland’s shoes creeping over from the next stall. That description of JJ’s ass was salacious, lascivious, and creepy.

Donation link is up and running. I could not find any contact info. I want a yard sign, how do I contact the campaign?
